Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A few things to know about the equipment concepts, the working software and the care your plants still need.

All questions & answers ↗
What is included in a complete setup?

The Compact and Plus concepts include a fabric tent, selected LED, exhaust and circulation equipment, controller and air sensor. Final components are agreed individually. Plants, seeds and substrate are not included.

Can I see a real working Growbox?

You can try the working web platform today with a separate simulated device. The equipment shown here is illustrative: physical hardware and production firmware still require development and validation. A software demo does not prove physical performance.

Does it water the plants for me?

Watering is manual. Automatic watering, cameras and substrate sensing are not shipped features of the current platform. You can mention these interests in an inquiry; they are not included or promised.

Can I use my existing light and fans?

That is the starting point for Control. We first review your equipment and its electrical interface. A relay does not make a light dimmable, and compatibility with every device is not assumed.

What happens when the connection drops?

The current emulator runtime continues its local schedules and rules while cloud or MQTT connectivity is interrupted, as long as it has power. Remote commands are unavailable while disconnected. Physical controller behavior still needs to be validated.

What can I grow, and how much care is needed?

The concepts focus on compact peppers, small tomatoes, seedlings and herbs. Variety, stage and pot size matter. You still water, feed, inspect, prune and support your plants; no harvest or hands-off growing is guaranteed.

Where can a setup be delivered?

The intended markets are the United States, Canada and EU countries. Availability, electrical suitability, delivery and applicable charges need individual confirmation. Seeds, live plants and substrate are excluded from international supply by default.

Is the displayed starting price a final price?

No. The USD figures are indicative planning starting points for the hardware concepts, not software subscription prices. Current availability, final components, delivery and applicable charges must be confirmed in a quote. The site does not take payment.
